Vietnamese Chicken Thighs
I’ve made this a couple times in the last few months and they’re always good
Cooking Time: 12 mins per side at 350
Wood: Hickory
Marinade:
1 c fresh cilantro
5 limes
1 head of garlic
3 tbs of 5-spice
1 c fish sauce
1 c chili paste
1/2 c vegetable oil
3 roots of lemon grass
3 serano peppers
1/3 c brown sugar
Marinade chicken for at least 3 hours before cooking.
