Asian Chicken Thighs

I made some amazing chicken thighs on the dome tonight.

Cooking Time: 12 mins per side at 350

Wood: Hickory

Marinade:
1 c soy sauce
1/2 c green onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp pepper
1/2 c sesame seeds
1/2 c water

I also use the marinade for pork tenderloin. I’ve been known to add honey to the marinade on occasion. While the meat is cooking put the marinade in a pot on a nearby burner or on your stove. Bring the liquid to a boil and then turn the heat down to a simmer. I let the meat rest for about 5 minutes after I take it off the grill then I pour the marinade over the meat before I serve.
